Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products has a material or workmanship defect, return it to Twizel for replacement, refund or credit.
Damage due to normal wear and tear does not qualify.
We will happily accept a return for a full refund or online credit within 30 days of purchase date. Each returned item must be new, unworn and unwashed with the original sales tags and packaging.
Clearance items are final sale and only eligible for online store credit upon return.
Upon request we will email or send you a FedX ground return label for your convenience. If you choose to use this option a $5.00 cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please follow these easy steps:
1. Package the items in the original packaging, including all original sales tags.
2. Enclose a copy of your invoice or gift reciept.
3. Drop off your package at Fedx using the return label or at your own preferred carrier.
Once your return is received and approved, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges.
If you wish to exchange a product you will need to return the original items within 30 days of purchase date. Each returned item must be new, unworn and unwashed with the original sales tags and packaging. To get the fastest turnaround, we encourage you to place a new order while we process your return.
Gift item returns will be given online store credit only. Each item returned must be new, unworn and unwashed returned within 30 days of purchase date.
